Zofwe Hack Day: Full Stack (Frontend Focused)
No DSA. No whiteboard. No “what’s your biggest weakness.”
We’re hiring differently. Instead of grinding through interview rounds, you’ll spend a paid Saturday building something real with us. By the end of the day, we’ll both know if this is a fit.
We’re looking for frontend-focused full stack developers with 1-2 years of experience. Strong in JavaScript/TypeScript. Curious. Ready to ship.
The role
This is a full stack position with a frontend focus. You’ll build real products, make real decisions, and see your code in production. Not six months from now. From day one.
We’re a small, focused team. No layers. No waiting for approvals. You’ll work directly with the founder, ship features weekly, and grow faster than you would at a larger company.
Tech you’ll work with:
- React and TypeScript (the core)
- Node.js, APIs, and databases (you’ll learn as you build)
- Modern tooling and AI-assisted development
What matters to us:
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience building things
- Strong JavaScript/TypeScript fundamentals
- You’ve worked with React or similar frameworks
- You’ve shipped something real, not just followed along with tutorials
- You’re curious and you like figuring things out
Location: On-site, Aluva, Ernakulam

How we hire
Traditional interviews don’t work. We’ve all seen people ace algorithm rounds and struggle with real code. We’ve seen talented builders freeze up in artificial interview settings.
So we do something different. We call it Zofwe Hack Day.
Step 1: Apply

Step 2: Get invited
If your application stands out, we’ll invite you to Hack Day. It happens on a Saturday at a co-working space in Ernakulam. We’ll share the exact location once you’re confirmed.
Step 3: Build with us
You’ll spend the day working on a real project with us. Bring your laptop (BYOD).
The day looks like this:
- 10:00 AM / Kick off. You get a project brief.
- 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM / You build. Ask questions. Think out loud. We’re right there with you.
- 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM / Lunch together. On us.
- 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM / Keep building. Wrap up. Show us what you’ve made.
By the end of the day, you’ll have built something real. And we’ll both know if this is a fit.
Step 4: Get paid
Your Saturday is valuable. We’re not asking you to work for free. Everyone who joins Hack Day gets a stipend for the day, regardless of the outcome.

We’re an early-stage product studio. A small team building real products, growing step by step.

The pay range is ₹20,000 to ₹35,000 per month, based on your experience and what you bring to the table.
