Digitise. Build. Automate.
Put AI to work.

Most people come to us with a business that has outgrown its tools, or an idea that needs to become real. Whatever the starting point, the work is the same: understand the problem properly, ship something small that works, then keep going.

01

Digitise how you work

Most businesses already run on a system. It is just made of WhatsApp groups, spreadsheets, and one person who remembers everything.

Take the process that lives in WhatsApp groups, spreadsheets and phone calls, and turn it into a system your team actually uses. Bookings, orders, approvals, follow-ups, reporting.

What it includes

  • Mapping the process as it really runs, not as the org chart says
  • One place for bookings, orders, approvals, follow-ups and reporting
  • Moving out of spreadsheets and chats without losing the history
  • Roles and permissions, so the right people see the right things
Good for
Schools and tutoring, clinics, service businesses, distributors: anyone whose day runs on chat and sheets.
For example
An ops platform that runs a thousand classes a week for Qlive
02

Build the product

An idea becomes a product in the first version people can actually use. It becomes a business in the versions after that.

From a first version you can put in front of real users to the one that scales. Web, mobile, and the backend that holds it together, designed to be changed later without fear.

What it includes

  • Product foundations: scope, flows, stack, and what the first 60 to 90 days look like
  • Web and mobile apps, and the backend that holds them together
  • Design that is clear rather than clever
  • Built to be changed: the next feature should be easy, not scary
Good for
Founders with an idea, and companies launching something new alongside what they already do.
For example
A marketplace, a gifting platform, a tutoring app
03

Automate the busywork

Every team has work nobody should be doing by hand. Reminders, invoices, reports, the same numbers typed into three systems.

The follow-ups, reminders, reports and hand-offs that eat your team’s week, done by the system instead. Your tools talking to each other, so nobody types the same thing twice.

What it includes

  • Workflows that run themselves: reminders, invoices, weekly reports
  • Your tools talking to each other, so nothing is entered twice
  • Dashboards that answer the questions you ask every Monday
  • Alerts before things break, not after
Good for
Any team that has outgrown its tools, or is about to.
For example
Invoices, reminders and weekly reports that send themselves

Put AI to work

AI is useful where it saves real time or makes a better decision possible. Everywhere else it is noise, and people can tell.

Assistants, faster decisions and sense made of messy information, where it genuinely helps. Humans stay in charge, your data stays yours, and nothing is a black box.

What it includes

  • Assistants for your team and for your customers
  • Sense made of messy information: chats, voice notes and documents into structured records
  • Faster decisions, with people making the ones that matter
  • Explainable systems, and your data stays yours
Good for
Teams drowning in unstructured information, or making the same judgement calls all day.
For example
Voice notes turned into structured records, automatically
Our approach to AI

What that looks like
for your situation.

The same four ways in, written up for the things people actually come to us with: the kind of thing to build, the process to fix, the place they are starting from.

Small steps,
in the open.

The people you talk to are the people building your product. No account managers, no layers, no surprises at the end.

  1. 01

    Listen

We start with the problem, not the feature list. What is actually slow, broken or missing, and for whom. If we are not the right people for it, we say so.

  2. 02

    Shape

Together we cut it down to a first version worth shipping: scope, flows, stack, and what the first 60 to 90 days look like. Straight talk about trade-offs, not yes to everything.

  3. 03

    Build in loops

Short cycles, visible progress. Every week ends with something running that you can click, not a slide you can nod at.

  4. 04

    Stay

Launch is a beginning. You own the code, the accounts and the data from day one, and most partners keep building with us for years.

Three shapes
an engagement takes.

  1. 01

    A first version

A defined scope, shipped in weeks rather than quarters. Foundations first, then a build you can put in front of real users. A clear estimate before we start.

  2. 02

    An ongoing partnership

We become your product and engineering team: roadmap, build, run, improve. Month by month, for as long as it is working. This is how we work with Qlive.

  3. 03

    A second opinion

A few working sessions to shape a decision: what to build first, which stack, whether AI belongs in it at all. Sometimes the answer is “not yet”.

Fewer partners,
closer work.

The list is short on purpose. We take on the partnerships we can give our full attention to, and stay with them.

Before you
write to us

How long does a first version take?
Foundations, where we agree scope, flows and stack, usually take four to eight weeks. A first version you can put in front of real users typically follows in two to three month phases. You get a clear timeline before we start, and you see working software every week.
Do you work on existing systems, or only new builds?
Both. Much of our work is taking a business that already runs on spreadsheets, chats and an ageing system and rebuilding it properly, without losing the history. Adding features, improving performance and moving to newer technology are all normal.
What does working with AI actually mean here?
We use AI where it saves real time or makes a better decision possible, and in our own work to explore options and catch edge cases faster. People make every decision that matters, sensitive data stays where it should, and we can explain what the system did.
What happens after launch?
We stay. Most partners keep building with us for years. You own the code, the accounts and the data from day one, so you are never locked in, and handover is built in whenever you want it.

Have something
worth building?

Tell us what it is, in a few lines. We'll say honestly whether we're the right people for it, and what a small first step would look like. No decks, no discovery-call theatre.
