We run Qlive’s entire engineering: the live classroom, the tooling behind thousands of classes a week, the AI that reads chats and voice notes so nothing slips, and the reports parents actually open.     We start with the problem, not the feature list. What is actually slow, broken or missing, and for whom. If we are not the right people for it, we say so.

    Shape

    Together we cut it down to a first version worth shipping: scope, flows, stack, and what the first 60 to 90 days look like. Straight talk about trade-offs, not yes to everything.

We use AI every day, in our own work and in what we build. Not as a badge on the box, but where it saves real time or makes a better decision possible. Everything else stays human. Four rules we don’t bend:

Our approach to AI

  1. Purpose first

    We ask “does this actually help?” before adding any AI. If the honest answer is no, we don’t build it.

  2. Humans decide

    AI drafts, sorts, suggests and flags. People make every decision that matters, and can override any automation.

  3. Your data stays yours

    Nothing sensitive goes where it shouldn’t. Privacy is part of the design, not a setting.

  4. No black boxes

    You can see why the system did what it did. If we can’t explain it, we don’t ship it.
