AI development.
Where it helps, with people in charge.

AI is useful where it saves real time or makes a better decision possible. Everywhere else it is noise, and people can tell. We build the first kind: assistants that actually answer, systems that turn chats, voice notes and documents into records, and decisions made faster by people who stay in charge.

Four rules we do not bend

Purpose first. We ask whether this actually helps before adding any AI. If the honest answer is no, we do not build it.

Humans decide. AI drafts, sorts, suggests and flags. People make every decision that matters, and can override any automation.

Your data stays yours. Nothing sensitive goes where it should not. Privacy is part of the design, not a setting.

No black boxes. You can see why the system did what it did. If we cannot explain it, we do not ship it.

These are on our about page and they apply to everything below.

What we build

Sense made of messy information. A WhatsApp thread becomes a booking. A voice note from the field becomes a structured visit report. A stack of PDFs becomes a searchable, answerable record. This is where AI pays back fastest, because the alternative is a person typing.

Assistants that answer. For customers: the questions asked most, answered instantly from your real information, with a clean hand-off to a person for the rest. For your team: an assistant that knows your procedures, your products and your history, and can find the answer in seconds.

Faster decisions. Triage, sorting, flagging, scoring: the system does the first pass at volume, people make the calls. Every flag comes with the reason, so people can disagree.

AI inside the product. Where your product genuinely improves with it: drafting, designing, suggesting, personalising. Built so the model can change without the product changing.

AI in how we build. We use AI in our own work every day, to explore options and catch edge cases faster. It makes us quicker; it does not make the decisions. See how we use AI without replacing judgement.

How we go about it

Discovery, briefly. A few working sessions to find where AI genuinely helps in your situation, and where a rule or an integration does the job better. Sometimes the honest outcome is a shorter list than you came with.

A first feature, in weeks. One thing, end to end, in real use. Measured: minutes saved, questions answered, records created without typing.

Expansion, measured. What worked gets more; what did not gets removed. Every automation keeps its log and its off switch.

What it costs to run

AI features have a running cost that scales with use, and it is easy to build something that is cheap to demo and expensive to operate. We design for the bill from the start: the right model for each job, caching, and rules where rules are enough. You see the projected running cost before we build.

Where it connects

AI on its own is a demo. Connected to your WhatsApp, your internal tools and your automations, it becomes part of how the business runs. That is the version we build.

People ask us

Where does AI actually help a business?
Where the input is messy and the volume is high. Reading chats, voice notes, photos of forms and long documents into structured records. Answering the questions people ask most, instantly. Drafting the first version of something a person then edits. Sorting and flagging so people look at the right things first. Everywhere else, rules and automation are cheaper and more reliable.
Which models do you use?
Whichever fits the job and your constraints on cost, speed and where data may go. We build so the model can be swapped, because the good ones change every few months. For sensitive data we keep processing where it needs to stay, and we say so in writing.
How do you keep it from making things up?
By giving it your actual information to work from rather than letting it improvise, by keeping a person in the loop for anything that matters, and by logging what it did so you can see why. If we cannot explain what the system did, we do not ship it.
Do we need AI at all?
Maybe not. A surprising amount of what people call for AI is a reminder, a report or an integration. Discovery is where we find out, and "not yet" is a normal answer.
